The first meeting of the SMAA Stakeholder Forum is scheduled for Wednesday February 12, 2014 from 9:00am to 12:00pm in Sacramento.  Due to the very high interest in the event, the location has changed in order to accommodate the number of people interested in attending.  The new address for the Forum is 1515 K Street Room 200, Sacramento, CA 95814.  This building is one block north of DHCS headquarters.

Additionally, as a result of the very high interest in the Forum, DHCS is asking that just one representative from each interest group attend the meeting in-person. If you have already made plans for additional people to attend the Forum, DHCS will need to have their names in order to compile a list for the building security department.  DHCS has also scheduled a conference phone line and a Webinar for the event so that all interested parties can be involved in the Forum. DHCS has reserved an overflow room for additional attendees with a telephone so they can access the conference line.  The Webinar registration information will be sent via email shortly after this update is posted to the web site.

The agenda for the event will be posted on the SMAA web site no later than Wednesday, February 5, 2014.  An email announcement will be sent notifying all interested parties when the agenda is posted.



DHCS has scheduled a SharePoint Training Webinar for Monday February 3, 2014 from 9:30am to 11:00am.  Please note that the start time is 9:30am not 9:00am as was listed on the registration email.  You will receive information on how to access the site, how to register and how to upload and download files.  Once the training is complete, LECs and LGAs may resume submission of RTC documents and the Interim Claiming (IC) documents that were missing from the IC Reports that were sent out the week of January 13, 2014.
