As you know, the new shelter-in-place orders have been rolling out across the state. A program coordinator at Jessica Holtrust’s district wanted to hold a meeting as soon as possible. The desire was to get as many school nurses online to talk about the LEA Billing option program and what they can do during this change of functionality at the district level.
Rio School District has been doing all they can, working persistently to provide support where ever it’s needed. Over the last week, Otis Nelson has been working with Rio SD to utilize key tools and strategies to document telehealth services to ensure their community receives support and free and appropriate education during this time.
