SPA 23-0027 Approved: Updates to the CYBHI Fee Schedule Program
California's State Plan Amendment (SPA) 23-0027 has been approved, effective January 1, 2024, expanding coverage for behavioral health services under the Child and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) Fee Schedule. With this approval, School Psychologists, School Counselors, and School Social Workers are now eligible to provide services in school-linked settings and receive enhanced reimbursement rates.
