1. Our commitment to privacy

Paradigm Healthcare Services, LLC (“Paradigm,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) respects your privacy and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, maintain, protect, and disclose your information.  Our Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us through your use of our website and all affiliated websites and subdomains (the “Site”) and through e-mail  (together with the Site, the “Services”). In addition, information you provide us in using our Services is treated as described in this Policy, except as otherwise specified in a separate agreement between you (or the school or company you work for) and us. This Policy is not intended to be a statement of our privacy and security policies regarding information you send to us by any other means, including without limitation mail, fax, and telephone. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy are defined in the Terms of Use, into which this Policy is incorporated. 

2. Information we collect

When you use our Services, we may collect, store, and process various kinds of data, including personal information.  For example, if you choose to correspond with us through e-mail, we may retain your e-mail address and other identification information conveyed, together with the content of your e-mail messages and our responses.  We may also collect, store, or process information when you:

  • Submit any form on the Site;

  • Create an account; or

  • Otherwise voluntarily provide information.

We and/or our service providers may also automatically collect certain information as a result of your use of the Site.  This may include usage data, device information, and other data to help provide, protect, and improve the Site.

3. How we use the information we collect

Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities and providing service to our clients. The lists we use to send you service offers are developed and managed under our traditional corporate standards designed to safeguard the security and privacy of our clients’ and potential clients’ personal information. As a recipient of our service offers, you will be given the opportunity to notify us of your desire not to receive these offers by sending us an e-mail request.

We reserve the right to cooperate with government and law enforcement agencies engaged in investigations of activities that are, or are believed to be, illegal. We may share your personal information with such agencies if we believe that a crime or any act that endangers the health and safety of others may have been or may be committed.

5. Choices about how we use and disclose your information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Review, Correct, or Delete Your Information. You may review, edit, or request that we delete the information we collected about you at any time by contacting us at the addresses listed at the end of this Policy.  If your information has been shared with a third party, as described elsewhere in this Policy, then that third party has received its own copy of your data.  If you have been contacted by one of these third parties and wish to correct or delete your information, please contact them directly.

  • Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to improve our Site’s functions.  You can choose not to be included in Google Analytics by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

  • Opt-Out of Communications.  You may choose to opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving certain communications from us at any time using the link in the received communication.

6. “Do Not Track” Requests

Our Site currently does not respond to “do not track” or similar signals.

7. How do we protect your information?

To protect your personal information, we take commercially reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. However, no data protection procedures are entirely infallible. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% secure. Your transmission of your information to our Site thus is done entirely at your own risk.

8. Third-Party websites

Our Site may contain links to other sites, including those of third parties or partners.  While we seek to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices other websites use.  By accessing other third-party websites or applications through our Site, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites.  It is possible that other parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different web sites when you use our Site.

Our Site may include social media features, such as Meta “Likes” or “Recommend” buttons, X, Instagram, and YouTube.  These social media features may require cookies to be set to function properly.  These features may also collect personal information such as your IP address.  These features are governed by the privacy policy of the social media platform.  Please review the Privacy Policy of the social media platforms to learn how they protect your information.

9. International visitors

Our Site is hosted and operated in the United States (“US”).  By using this Site, you are consenting to the transfer of your Personal Information to the US.  If you are accessing our Site from outside the US, please be advised that US law may not offer the same privacy protections as the law of your jurisdiction.

10. California visitors

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 11. Users only of legal age of majority

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 12. Policy updates

We update the Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it regularly.  If we materially change our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by contacting you through your provided e-mail address or by posting a notice on our Site. Your continued use of our Site will be deemed your agreement that your information may be used in accordance with the new policy.  If you do not agree with the changes, then you should stop using the Site and notify us that you do not want your information used in accordance with the changes.
